Hello Marti:  I want to share with you how sorry I feel for you (and selfishly for me) with the passing of Mike.  He is a very special friend to me.  I will miss our discussions of things we did not understand but together tried to understand.  He taught me so much.  Of the many things we enjoyed, none was greater than our mutual desire to learn.  He reinforced in me the value of respect for others and to judge on substance not image.  Mike hated stupidity but at the same time respected ignorance.  And, this I believe is what made him such a good teacher.  It was so pleasing to see him at the "pub" and know that he was glad to see me and would take the time to visit.  It will be hard for me to stop looking for his car with the anticipation of sharing my next story/experience.  I will never forget and will always cherish this brilliant young man, who took the time to talk with and old man.  Please remember that I'm always available to help you with what ever you need and above all - stay strong, Mike would expect nothing less.  Rog
